A closed circle by Meraak Aadhya The space between you and motherhood

A two-day emotional reset for single mothers - a space to put down the load and meet the woman behind the mother.

The space, the circle

You have learned how to hold everything together.

Now, what if you had a space where you didn't have to?

Being a single mother isn't only about doing more. It's about carrying the decisions, the guilt, the anger, the fear, the responsibility, the emotional needs of your child — and often your own emotions — without another adult to hand the load to.

And somewhere in the process of keeping everything together, you may have put yourself on hold.

Aadhya is two days to pause, process, release and reconnect with the woman behind the mother.

You don't have to choose between being a good mother and being yourself.

The work inside the circle

This isn't a workshop on how to become a better parent.

It's about becoming more whole while being a parent. Over two days we work through the emotional layers that usually stay invisible.

Day One

Saturday, 3 October 2026

Put down the load

Understand what you've been carrying. Release what isn't yours.

Day Two

Sunday, 4 October 2026

Meet the woman behind the mother

Remember who you were. Reclaim who you are. Choose who you're becoming.

What you leave with

Not a workbook full of things you should be doing.

Not another list of parenting rules. But this:

  • Greater emotional awareness

Understand your guilt, anger, triggers and patterns instead of being controlled by them.

  • Less guilt around choosing yourself

Begin separating being responsible for your child from being responsible for everything your child feels.

  • A renewed sense of identity

Reconnect with the woman beyond the role of mother.

  • Healthier emotional boundaries

Learn where your responsibility ends and someone else's begins.

  • A personal reset plan

Leave with specific commitments, boundaries and tools you can actually implement.

  • A sense of being witnessed

A confidential, intimate space with six other people who don't need your story explained to them.

If you think you're ready

Think twice.

This isn't for everyone, and that is intentional.

What Aadhya is not

  • A parenting-skills workshop
  • A room where we tell you how to raise your child
  • A place to blame your former partner
  • A space for pretending everything is okay
  • A path to becoming a "perfect" mother

Who it is for

  • The single mother ready to look honestly at what this journey has done to them
  • Someone willing to sit with what surfaces rather than manage it
  • Someone who can hold six other stories in confidence
  • Someone ready to begin choosing what happens next

A final note from us

We don't want to teach you how to become a better single mother.

We want to create a space where you can finally put down the version of yourself that has to be strong all the time.

Because your child deserves a mother who is emotionally present. But you deserve a life in which you are present for yourself too.

You don't have to disappear inside motherhood to prove that you love your child.

There is a woman behind the mother. We want you to meet her again.

Questions worth asking

Is this therapy?
Aadhya is guided therapeutic group work, not individual clinical therapy. It doesn't replace treatment you may already be in. If you're currently working with a therapist, we'd encourage you to mention this workshop to them.
What happens in the room stays in the room?
Yes. Every participant agrees to confidentiality before the first session begins. Nothing shared inside the circle leaves it.
What are the timings across the two days?
Both days run as full guided sessions at Zorba, New Delhi. Exact start and end times are shared with confirmed participants ahead of the workshop.
Do I need to have a "big enough" reason to come?
No. You don't need a crisis to qualify. If you've been holding everything together for a long time and want somewhere to set it down, that's reason enough.
Why only eight places?
Depth needs smallness. Eight is the number at which everyone in the room can be genuinely heard across two days. Beyond that, the work becomes a presentation instead of a circle.
What is your cancellation policy?
All bookings are final. Fees are non-refundable and cancellations are not accepted. With only eight places, a seat you hold is a seat no one else can take — so please book only once you're certain you can be in the room on both days.
